Gluten-Free Apple Cinnamon Scones
  • 3 cups almond flour (my favorite brand)
  • ½ tsp unrefined sea salt (where to buy)
  • 4 Tbl vanilla coconut sugar (where to buy)
  • 1 Tbl flax meal (take whole flax seeds and grind them in a blender)
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅓ cup coconut oil, melted (where to buy)
  • ½ cup organic applesauce
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease baking sheet
  2. Add all the dry ingredients into one bowl and mix well
  3. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl; add the rest of the wet ingredients to the eggs
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well; batter will be thick and not runny
  5. Pour into a circular shape; bake for 15-18 minutes
  6. After the scones have cooled, cut into triangles and enjoy
