Adventures in my New Dehydrator: Spiced Banana Chips
Ingredients
Necessary Equipment:
  • dehydrator (this is the one I have)
  • optional, mandolin for uniform cuts
Ingredients
  • bananas
  • favorite spices like non-irradiated cinnamon and nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Cut bananas up into thickness desired -- thicker means chewier bananas
  2. Lay cut bananas on dehydrator sheets evenly
  3. Sprinkle desired spice over bananas
  4. Pop into dehydrator, set temperature to 130ยบ and dehydrator anywhere from 6-12 hours depending on desired consistency
