Lamb-Feta Patties with Tzatziki Sauce |

- 1 lb ground lamb
- 2 tsp fresh oregano, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup (heaping) crumbled full-fat feta cheese
- ½ tsp unrefined sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Tzatziki sauce (get the recipe here)
- In a bowl mix together all the ingredients thoroughly
- Form palm-size thin patties and set aside
- Place patties in a skillet on medium heat and cook 4-5 minutes on each side
- Meanwhile, make tzatziki sauce
- When dinner is ready, top lamb-feta patties with tzatziki sauce and enjoy
