Lamb-Feta Patties with Tzatziki Sauce

  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 2 tsp fresh oregano, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup (heaping) crumbled full-fat feta cheese
  • ½ tsp unrefined sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Tzatziki sauce (get the recipe here)
  1. In a bowl mix together all the ingredients thoroughly
  2. Form palm-size thin patties and set aside
  3. Place patties in a skillet on medium heat and cook 4-5 minutes on each side
  4. Meanwhile, make tzatziki sauce
  5. When dinner is ready, top lamb-feta patties with tzatziki sauce and enjoy
